The LINC program is designed to assist students in accelerating their acquisition of the English language while learning academic content knowledge and skills and preparing them to participate successfully on their home campus in the English as a Second Language program. LINC students will have an opportunity to earn six (6) state credits toward their high school graduation.
The Language Institute for NewComers provides:
A supportive and safe learning environment

Eligibility criteria for attending :
Basic LINC:
Students with an educational gap of 2 or more consecutive years prior to grade 9
Scores on the Language Proficiency exam at a level indicating no English Proficiency in Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking
Regular LINC:
Students with no HS credits from a previous school
Less than 1 year in US Schools
Scores on the Language Proficiency exam at a level indicating no English Proficiency in Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking
